You may use this form to notify AuraDesk that you wish to withdraw from an eligible consumer purchase. You may also send any other unambiguous statement expressing your decision to withdraw.
AuraDesk commercial withdrawal period: 15 calendar days from receipt of the goods to notify us. This voluntarily extends the statutory minimum and does not reduce any mandatory consumer right.
