We want the return process to be straightforward while preserving all rights available to consumers under applicable law.

15-day AuraDesk withdrawal period

AuraDesk gives consumers 15 calendar days from receipt of their order to notify us of their decision to withdraw. This commercial period is more favourable than the statutory minimum and does not reduce any statutory consumer rights.

How to exercise your withdrawal

Email auradesk13@gmail.com with your order number and an unambiguous statement that you wish to withdraw. You may also use our withdrawal form once the store is publicly launched.

Returning the goods

After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days of sending your withdrawal notice. Products should be returned complete and in a condition that allows us to verify them. You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return costs

Unless the product is defective, non-conforming, or we expressly agree otherwise, direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are made using the original payment method, subject to the rules and timing required by applicable consumer law.
