Are AuraDesk bonsai plants real?
No. AuraDesk bonsai are artificial decorative pieces, so they do not require watering or sunlight.
Will the colour look exactly the same as on my screen?
We aim to represent each colour as accurately as possible. Small differences may occur because of lighting, photography and display settings.
How should I care for my bonsai?
Dust it gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaning products and prolonged exposure to excessive moisture or heat.
Shipping
How much is delivery?
Standard shipping is free to France and the European Union destinations currently enabled at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Our current standard delivery estimate is 7–14 business days from order confirmation. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, the tracking information will be linked to your order.
Returns
Can I change my mind?
Yes. AuraDesk offers a 15-day commercial withdrawal period from receipt of the order. This does not reduce any statutory consumer rights.
How do I start a return?
Email auradesk13@gmail.com with your order number and tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw or return an item.
